1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services of CodeZones IT Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our service packages.
2. Scope of Services
We provide website design, web app development, e-commerce stores, UI/UX designs, and technical search engine optimization (SEO) configurations. Project quotes and estimates are subject to separate formal work agreements.
3. Intellectual Property
All source code, graphics, branding layouts, and assets developed by CodeZones IT Services remain our intellectual property until full contractual payment has been settled, after which ownership is transferred according to agreement terms.
4. Limitation of Liability
CodeZones IT Services is not liable for any service interruptions, server host downtime, database crashes, or loss of marketing traffic occurring after project launch and vendor hand-off.
5. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uttar Pradesh, India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
